I'm pretty sure it's part of some Iowa conspiracy to take over the
country by making all the truckers think Iowa is truly great --
everyone knows that truckers are the key to public sentiment.
Oh, the picture, yeah everything in Iowa is coated with ice. This is
evidence that "Iowa sucks" as Adam says (apparently it's a lot like
Lacey -- but in state form, and colder).
